Processing time or custom portraits:
The time I need to have a portrait ready to review differs based on the number of pets and my waiting list. The estimated time is 3-6 weeks more or less.

Estimated shipping times after the portrait is ready and approved:
North America: 5-15 business days
Europe: 5-15 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-20 business days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges
I do not accept changes or cancellations.
If the product arrives damaged, I gladly accept the return and a new one will be sent.
